Interview Here — http://www.747club.org/podcast/reesvinsen
I was recently interviewed for a 365 day, 808 person research study, in which I was asked one specific question to uncover the unsung heroes in the lives of successful leaders:
“If you could give credit or thanks to one person in your life, that you don’t give enough credit or thanks to, who would that be?”
The purpose of 7:47 is to share the wisdom and stories of leaders, helping to make leadership more human and relational. The study is rooted in the rising need for empathy, gratitude, and vulnerability to create deep human connection in the workplace; helping people become less lonely and more fulfilled and productive. We have used this question (Exhibit 1) to spark over 300,000 relationships at our dinner table and events in the last 3.5 years. At our dinners and events, the question often times leads to an emotional experience. The architecture of giving gratitude to others has systematically developed empathy and positively affected the way our interviewees are able to do greater good in this world.
Other guests include Venture-Backed Founders, CEO’s, Managing Directors, Celebrities, Athletes, and Ultra-High Net Worth Individuals. 7:47 have already asked this question to over 10,000 individuals, including Grammy Award Winners, Academy Award Winners, Fortune 50 CEO’s, Olympians, Hall of Fame Athletes, Rocket Scientists, NY Times Best Selling Authors, and more.
